Sacred Nurture Circle is a 4-month small group journey from feeling helpless with depletion, stress, and chronic health challenges, to having systems of self-nurture (yoga, mindfulness, lifestyle, self-awareness and understanding) in place so that these imbalances don’t run your life. By the end of this program, you will be able to show up in life fully with more ease and vitality.

You Fighting Yourself
The pressures and demands that the world and (let's be honest), you, put ON yourself have overtime contributed to your current states of burn-out, high stress, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and other health imbalances.

Each module inside the Sacred Nurture Circle is intentionally formulated to address your entire being — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Sacred Self-Nurture
What is self-nurture vs self-care? This module is all about exploring what self-nurture means to you individually. If you’ve never thought about before, it’s probably because you’ve never really put yourself first! It’s time to change that. It’s time to feel into your body’s wisdom and listen to what YOU need.

Sacred Sleep
Sleep is often the first thing that goes when we become busy. In this module, we will learn about simple sleep hygiene practices, how your body runs on a circadian rhythm, and how to live in the flow of that circadian rhythm rather than against it, and cultivate better sleep for restoration.

Sacred Inner Cycle
Did you know that we have our inner seasons (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) according to our hormonal cycle? Another not often discussed topic, but SO essential for women’s wellbeing, is our hormonal cycle. We will spend time here understanding how living in sync with our cycles can help reduce burnout and depletion.

Sacred Mind
Here, the mind includes both our thinking and emotional mind, as well as our nervous system. We will into the intricacies and the wonders of the nervous system, so that you know what can tip the nervous system off balance, what state of survival response you are in, and how to better regulate your nervous system.
Time frame
16 weeks (8 weeks immersion, 4 weeks integration, 4 weeks sending off)

The Details
LEARNING
Pre-recorded self-paced lessons pertaining to each topic, 10-15 min segments each, released each week, with a contemplative or action-oriented task at end of each video
LIBRARY
Complementary access to hundreds of pre-recorded short video practices for your specific needs
PRACTICE
Daily suggested yoga, breathing, or mindfulness practice that correlate to topic of the week, emailed daily, done for you yoga practice, set into a calendar
PersonalizED
Three 30-min 1:1 sessions with Elaine (prep, integration, and becoming independent)
LIVE SUPPORT
One live yoga class per topic (every 2 weeks) and one live call with guest per topic (every 2 weeks)
WORKBOOK
Sacred Nurture Workbook with journaling prompts, practice calendar, live call and yoga class schedules, and note area for notes with each topic
